Water Softening Plant

“WRC” Water Softening Plant is manufactured by mild steel with bedplate, fitted with necessary pipe lines, valves, strainers, sampling cock, pressure gauges , water meter and the Cation resin as per perfect design. Design is the main issue for all water treatment plants of any sizes. The shell is filled up with best quality of resin and the resin should be charged by common salt as per actual requirement. For charging the plant one salt pot
either made of P.V.C. or MSRL is also supplied with the plant. The softening plant is selected and designed according to the requirement of treated water of the party per hour / per day ( i.e. for 8 hours).

The plant shall be back-washed and charged by salt every day before collection of soft water as per instruction. It is easily operated by ordinary labour without heat or electricity at a minimum cost. For operation we supply our operating
manual with the plant. During the process of passing of water through the bed, the Calcium and Magnesium the hardness contributing iron, are arrested in the resin bed thereby producing the treated water of Commercial zero Degree Hardness.
